Amazon Buys: July
What I bought and loved from Amazon this month. July 2020 was a big month for us! We closed on and moved into our new home and Remy went back to daycare. So this month’s list is a combination of items for the new house, things for Remy, and more! Check it out and happy shopping :)
ENTRYWAY LIGHT
Before we even moved in, I had this gorgeous flush mount ordered for the entryway. It will be a slow process updating all of the lighting in our house, but the entryway is a great place to start! So far I am loving the way this light looks. The mixed metals plus the traditional design are working great.
TOILET PAPER HOLDER
Our bathroom doesn’t have a toilet paper holder - weird right? So I had to order one ASAP. The fixtures in the bathroom are polished nickel, so I went with the same metal. Excited to install this very simple - and functional - update!
TALL PATIO PLANTERS
We were searching high and low for two tall planters for our patio. I found this set of two on Amazon and they are perfect! I love the taper, there is a shelf inside that the plants sit on, and the planters look very stylish on our patio as a divider for the space.
GOLD ANKLET
I’ve always loved a dainty anklet, especially in the summer. Lucky for me, anklets are back in! My husband actually got me one from Mejuri that is very nice and I plan to never take it off (linking here!) But, I layered it with this anklet from Amazon and it looks pretty great! A much smaller price tag, so likely won’t last but love the look for less.
NATIVE TODDLER SHOES
Ok, I linked these in my Summer Toddler Boys Clothes post, but they are too good not to share again. I love the navy color - they go with everything! They seem super comfortable. Great for a water play day or just playing outside, since they are breathable. Highly ecommend!
TORTOISE SUNGLASSES
Love these sunglasses. I find myself needing an inexpensive pair every six months or so. This pair is under $15 and looks great on! I like the tortoise shell, but there are tons of styles to choose from.
LIVE BEAUTIFUL BOOK
This was actually a gift from my mother in law, but it is so good! You need this on your coffee table to flip through for inspiration. The pictures are stunning and I love the neutral cover.
UNTAMED BOOK
Last but not least, I thought it would be nice to include the books I’m currently reading. I have been slacking a bit on my reading list with all of my focus on the new house. But I loved Untamed by Glennon Doyle. If you haven’t read it yet, add it to your summer reading list!
