Amazon Buys: May / June

A quick recap of what I bought on Amazon! Where did the time go? I never posted my May purchases and honestly we were a little preoccupied with putting an offer in on the new house (read more about that here). So I’ve combined my May and June Amazon buys this time. I got some GOOD stuff. Check it out…

Happy Shopping!

Amazon buys from May / June 2020

Neutral Poufs - I was on the hunt for neutral poufs for our downstairs living room for a while! I found these textured poufs and ordered two. They took about a week to be delivered but they are perfect. I can’t wait to see what they look like in our new home.

Natural / Grey Outdoor Rug - Our new place has outdoor space - YAY! So of course I’ve been busy buying furniture to turn our little patio into an outdoor oasis. I bought this 5 x 7 outdoor rug in natural/grey. If you zoom in, it’s a really subtle checkered pattern. I am super excited to get it outside and see how it looks with the sectional we picked out - should have the space ready in a few weeks!

Yeti Rambler Coffee Mug - Ok, we are obsessed just like everyone else! I bought Bob the Yeti coffee mug in black for Father’s day and I threw in the white one for myself :) We use them on our walks in the morning (his for water, mine for coffee). We also fill them with wine for our park picnics! It is so much better than using a single-use cup and it encourages me to take my coffee with me instead of buying it on the go. Keeps coffee warm or cold longer. Can’t say enough good things! Check out my Amazon Home Essentials post for the 20 oz Yeti!

Little Legends Exceptional Men in Black History - I bought this book a few weeks ago to add to Remy’s stack. We read one story each night. I will say, it is probably better for a 3 or 4 year old, as the stories are slightly complex, but we keep it short and move onto something more age appropriate. We will come back to it again when he is a little older :)

Benevolence Candle - This eucalyptus orange scent is so good! And I love the copper exterior of the candle itself. I am running low on candles since we’ve been working from home, so slowly restocking and trying new companies / scents.

Jade Roller + Gua Sha Scraper - I’ll be honest, I was resisting this trend because I felt like it wouldn’t make a difference. But after almost 4 months in quarantine, an at home face massage sounds perfect. I also tend to get puffy cheeks pretty easily, so the gua sha scraper is a dream! This set is only $10 and an Amazon Choice product.

Toddler Pajamas - We always seem to be running low on pajamas. And I’m not keen on doing MORE laundry than I already am, so I recently bought a few more pairs of pajamas for our little guy. He is already 14 months, so we put him in a mix of two piece and footie pajamas. I typically like Burt’s Bees, but this set with clouds is too cute (we got it in grey). We also got the marble pattern in blue.

Jewelry Organizer - OH my gosh I am so embarrassed about what I was using for my jewelry before. I had a sad plastic container I had been using since college to store my nice jewelry. I started looking for something better a year or so ago but had no luck. Leave it to The Spoiled Home to find the perfect organizer - I bought it right away and LOVE it! Just enough space for my earrings, small necklaces, a few nice bracelets and rings. I keep my statement necklaces hanging up and I have a separate piece for my large / chunky cuff bracelets. But this is great for everything dainty.

Flyaway Tamer - Last but not least, I was INFLUENCED! By Styled Snapshots - she posted about this flyaway tamer tool and I decided to order it. It works so well. I toss it in my makeup bag for getting ready in the morning or keep it handy in my purse for last minute touch ups. It works like a mascara wand, but you use it to tame flyaways at your hair part or if you’re wearing a pony tail…it really works! You have to try it. It comes in a pack of 2 for $10.
